A Supply Planner for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Flower Mound, TX area. This role coordinates and monitors material flow and inventory activities to support production requirements, ensuring timely procurement, scheduling, and internal coordination using established procedures and experience-based judgment.

responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and monitors inbound material flow from suppliers.
- Determines material requirements based on production needs.
- Coordinates material movement across purchasing, production, and engineering departments.
- Develops specifications for new contract orders.
- Fills requisitions for specialized or diversified parts or apparatus.
- Leverages internal organizational resources to meet production cycle demands.
- Provides estimates on product completion timelines.
- May participate in preparing schedules and coordinating shipments.
- Sorts, posts, and files inventory records and production schedules.
- Estimates and records production rates.
- Prepares shop orders and reviews stock records to assess inventory status versus project needs.
- Follows clearly defined procedures, routines, and technical guidelines.
