A Maintenance Planner is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company. Remote work. This role is for a highly organized and experienced Maintenance Planner and Scheduler who will be responsible for using SAP to plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities and projects, manage parts inventory, and ensure alignment with project timelines in an industrial plant setting.

responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance using SAP within the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Utilize and maintain the CMMS, and create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for equipment.
- Work directly with maintenance technicians on the floor and coordinate with project teams to align maintenance activities with project timelines.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance library, including project files, manuals, and drawings.
- Scrutinize parts lists to ensure accuracy and appropriate stocking levels for equipment.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues that could impact project timelines.
- Highly proficient in SAP and other relevant maintenance systems.
- Experience with project activities is also required.
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant using SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling.
- 5+ years of experience performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance in a related environment (manufacturing, industrial, military).
