A Civil Engineering Associate is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Omaha, NE area. This position will perform site development, underground utility routing, hydrology analysis, and grading for projects, including creating storm drain and wastewater systems while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

responsibilities:
- Perform site development, master planning, and site selection.
- Route underground utilities and plan site space.
- Conduct hydrology analysis to design storm drain systems.
- Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems.
- Develop final grading plans, including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
- Create erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans.
- Support the permit approval process.
- Research and comply with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction.
- Conduct stormwater analysis and modeling using software like StormCAD and CivilStorm.
- Data Center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Advanced Civil 3D skills are mandatory.
- 4-8 years of experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
