Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Must have at least five (5) years' experience leading an engineering team
- Experience leading product development (Ideally for industrial products or machinery)
- Experience in capital equipment or machinery development

- Oversee the design, development, and improvement of equipment
- Responsible for leading the design process across all engineering disciplines.
- Specifying requirements, ensuring equipment design meets safety, quality, and performance standard
- Ensure products meet industry standards and design and performance requirements
- Use problem-solving to prioritize and address opportunities for improvement within Engineering and across the organization
- Engage with key customers to understand their needs and specifications
