A Field Service Senior is needed for a company that manufactures and sells marking, tracking and computer printing technologies in the Columbus, OH area. This role requires a detail-oriented individual will perform daily inspections, troubleshoot systems, and provide operational support for robots while interacting with customers and documenting performance.

responsibilities:
- Inspect robots and connected equipment daily.
- Boot up systems and troubleshoot any issues.
- Set up environments and help robots execute pre-defined use cases.
- Record and document system performance, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist customers with picking and replenishing goods for robot testing.
- Experience with command line interface on Linux systems.
- Ability to write procedures and work instructions.
- Experience training others (a plus).
- Experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) (a plus).
- Experience in a professional setting with a medium level of responsibility.
- Experience interfacing with customers.
- Ability to solve problems in high-pressure situations.
- A proponent of new technologies.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and document system status.
