Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC) opportunity with a growing client located in either their Madison, WI, or Troy, MI office location. responsibilities:
- Work with engineers of varied disciplines to fulfill facilities mechanical engineering responsibilities
- Handle the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of Industrial HVAC and Mechanical Systems
- Effectively prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet client deadlines, including balancing multiple priorities and responding to changes as they occur
- Travel to customer facilities for design meetings, equipment installation supervision, and commissioning as needed
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent Engineering Degree
- Multiple years of experience in Industrial or similar HVAC and Mechanical Systems design
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with chilled, tower, process and hot water systems, steam, gas, refrigeration, compressed air, fuel, and comfort and process air side systems
- REVIT and-or BIM experience is a plus
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven record of excellent client service
