Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in radar theory, antenna design, signal processing, and radar performance analysis
- Ability to analyze radar data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for system improvements.
- Ability to diagnose complex radar issues and implement effective solutions.
- Military experience in related field

- Understanding the technical specifications, capabilities, and limitations of Radar and SATCOM variants
- Perform Site Surveys at radar installation sites
- Diagnosing and resolving radar system issues, including hardware, software, and interface problems.
- Implementing schedules and procedures to ensure radar reliability and longevity
- Assessing radar performance gaps and proposing upgrade paths to enhance capabilities
- Coordinating the integration of new hardware and software upgrades into existing radar systems.
- Ensuring radar systems comply with relevant industry standards
