Site Superintendent opportunity with our client, a leader in complex industrial construction, to manage large-scale industrial construction projects across the United States. The position's primary responsibilities include being the point of contact at the project site, and being responsible for the successful execution of projects, including close coordination with the customer and the internal project team. This role requires 100% travel, with trips home every other weekend and includes a travel bonus. responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact on the project site, managing all on-site construction activities.
- Successfully execute projects by coordinating with the customer and the project team.
- Manage the work of subcontractors and ensure project schedules and deadlines are met.
- Deliver a quality product to clients within the established budget and schedule.
- Prevent and detect safety violations while clearly communicating and documenting safe work practices.
- Demonstrated experience including industrial construction or CapEx projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of.
- The ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors, and effectively handle project schedules is essential.
- Experience with MS Project and-or Procore is a plus
- This position requires the ability to travel and be assigned to client sites for extended periods.
