Radar Electronics Supervisor for a growing company based near Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This role is responsible to assume a leadership role in the technical team, specializing in the repair, maintenance, and testing of complex electronic and electromechanical systems for various radar systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in digital, electronic or electromechanical repair, with a focus on complex systems
- Must have soldering/desoldering skills of electronic components to PCBs and other assemblies.
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair techniques
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, RF and digital electronics
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- IPC soldering certified

responsibilities:
- Assume leadership role in the repair, maintenance, and testing of complex electronic and electromechanical systems for various radar systems
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to accurately assemble and repair equipment and products
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies and test equipment by aligning, testing, and troubleshooting to the component level for all types of digital, analog, and RF circuitry
- Recommend changes in circuitry based on deviations from original design specifications
- Recommend changes to installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
