We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll hit the pavement, build relationships, and drive new business for a trusted brand.
If you have a proven track record in outside sales (especially in construction, logistics, or industrial sectors) and know the NC market, we want to talk to you.

responsibilities:
- Prospect and visit potential clients and local businesses to generate new opportunities.
- Manage and grow a territory, exceeding sales targets and activity metrics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, representing Givens with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Proven experience in outside or field sales, with a significate preference for candidates from the construction, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- An existing client base is highly desirable as it helps accelerate success.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with great communication and people skills.
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and comfort working independently in a field-based role.
- Knowledge of the North Carolina market is a plus.
