An Order Fulfillment Coordinator is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Milan, IL area. This role will serve as a link between channel partners and the company, primarily by measuring parts in the warehouse and inputting data, while also performing various supply chain and office management tasks.

responsibilities:
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
- Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
- Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
- Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
- Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
- Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
- Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
- Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity.
