This senior-level product design role requires a candidate with at least five years of experience to lead the development of design solutions from concept to production, mentor junior team members, and articulate the value they create, while being proficient in tools like Blender, Alias, and Keyshot.

responsibilities:
- Propose and develop design solutions with a clear product message and distinct brand identity.
- Explore and create 2D and 3D concepts (sketches, drawings, visual artifacts) based on project inputs.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary product design team to develop projects from idea to production.
- Engage in both interior and exterior design.
- Apply advanced knowledge (typically requiring 5+ years of experience) to the role.
- Support and mentor junior team members and peers.
- Serve as a role model for lifelong learning, sharing knowledge, and developing others as a trainer or coach.
- Develop a T-shaped skill profile, building a broader understanding beyond the core discipline.
- Build influence and work effectively within the wider company network.
- Clearly articulate the value created within the team and business area.
