2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor located near Albion, IN for a leading manufacturer for the automotive industry. This role is responsible to direct and coordinate employees engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.

Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have at least five (5) years of Maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment (Automotive experience is ideal)
- Experience in industrial multicraft maintenance
- BS or AS degree in a technical field
- Experience with a Union environment

- Day to day direction of maintenance technicians in the support of production, by maintaining equipment,
building and utilities - Direct and coordinate employees engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment
- Direct and supervise Team Leaders and Maintenance Technicians in day-to-day assignments
- Coordinate preventative maintenance plans
- Review work performance and attendance issues
- Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment
