An Electrical Engineer Senior is needed for an engineering consulting company in one of the following cities on a hybrid basis: Ft. Worth TX, Greenville SC, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, Cary, NC, Chicago IL. This position will lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions for clients across all market sectors.

responsibilities:
- Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and design solutions.
- Mentor and/or manage junior and mid-level electrical engineers.
- Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional services, from initial evaluation and concept plans to detailed design and full execution.
- Engage in strategy formation, business development, and sales to expand the energy transition portfolio.
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on strategic pursuits.
- Anticipate challenges, manage project teams, and support daily project delivery details.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, develop business, and create innovative solutions.
- Experience with proposal development, project execution planning, and mentoring staff.
- strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering, with a majority in utility/power projects.
