Manufacturing Engineer needed for an immediate 7-9 month contract role in the Augusta area of Georgia!
The right talent for this role will be a highly detailed expert managing and coordinating product changes for 2 product lines. This person will be the SME with Bills of Material consisting of up to 500 part numbers as well as the entry into AS400 ERP system. responsibilities:
- Coordinate bills of material BOM consisting of several hundred part numbers with extreme accuracy
- Utilise AS400 ERP system
- Manage and support the introduction of running changes in production line
- Ensure the seamless coordination of production volumes and material flow for 2 product lines
- Engineering Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering along with 5+ years related experience
- ERP entry experience AS400 desired, SAP, Oracle or similar perfectly acceptable
- Proven background working with BOM (Bill of Materials) management within the production environment.
- Ability to ecxcel with a high level of detail and quality
