We're searching for a proactive and hands-on engineering professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Business Unit Director of Manufacturing and play a crucial part in our busy manufacturing environment. You'll contribute significantly to the design, equipment selection, and overall process optimization that drives our operational success.

responsibilities:
- Develop sequence of operations and time estimates for each operation specification
- Recommends design approaches necessary to meet production requirements for new or improved products
- From drawings and engineering data, determine best operation necessary for the fabrication and assembly
- Managing the flow of material throughout manufacturing process.
- Introduce designs and specifications to Manufacturing for component fabrication.
- Coordinate process of engineering change order requests for related departments
- BS degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience in an engineering support department.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge/experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft office products
