A Distribution Coordinator is needed for a world class utility company in the Muncie, IN area. This role is responsible for training distribution line personnel, managing tools and equipment, investigating customer complaints, and ensuring safety and compliance within distribution operations.

responsibilities:
- Investigate damage complaints, prepare reports, and recommend solutions.
- Assist with pre-job checks, secure necessary tools and equipment, and coordinate with distribution crews and stores.
- Support and conduct technical training for distribution lines.
- Inspect and test distribution line tools and equipment.
- Promote and enforce the company's Accident Prevention, Safety, and Health Programs.
- Assist line crews with work area protection and as a ground worker.
- Support service restoration activities.
- Assume other assigned duties and responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution line or distribution engineering, or equivalent related experience.
- Good working knowledge of distribution operations activities.
