A Senior Manager is needed for a multinational pharmaceutical company in the East Hanover, NJ area. This role requires a senior leader to oversee and strategically manage all facility services at the East Hanover campus, focusing on operational excellence, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationship management through third-party service providers.

responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic planning for third-party facility service providers.
- Manage and govern these providers to ensure adherence to budgets and service delivery.
- Oversee daily facility management of buildings, grounds, cleaning, and food services.
- Develop and implement innovative short- and long-term business strategies for quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure safety and compliance with a wide range of regulations (GXP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, etc.).
- Work closely with the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external organizations.
- Complete and submit required monthly reports.

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GLP, GMP, etc.).
- strong understanding of facility/building/utility operations.

- Engineering degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years in a facility management/maintenance environment, with extensive experience in pharmaceutical facilities.
