A Quality Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. The Operations Quality Engineer is a contract role is responsible for managing quality issues, overseeing supplier changes, and supporting process improvements to ensure product and process quality.

responsibilities:
- The role is a universal player, handling diverse quality engineering tasks.
- The day-to-day work varies based on manufacturing and business needs.
- The engineer will own NCs and potentially CAPAs, driving their resolution with a sense of urgency and engaging cross-functional teams.
- They will contain non-conforming products and work in a fast-paced environment when there are line-down situations.
- The individual will handle supplier changes, including urgent and non-urgent PPAPs and SICRs.
- They will also be involved in internal process improvement and validation reviews.

A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Science/technical field or a related field.
