A Project Manager for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Salt Lake City, UT area. This role manages new product introductions and training programs from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope by directing cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks.

responsibilities:
- Leads new project introductions (NPIs) by developing project charters and comprehensive project plans, and directing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment.
- plans to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Estimates, acquires, and assigns resources, and manages external vendors to ensure deliverables are met.
- Coordinates logistics for onsite programs and provides administrative assistance for training sessions.
- Partners with the project team to define ROI strategies and provides performance feedback for team members.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in project management or related fields.
- Previous experience in the medical devices industry is highly preferred.
