We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Product Support Engineer to support a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program. The IPS Engineer will be responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of product support strategies in accordance with DoD policies and standards, ensuring total life cycle sustainment of complex defense systems.

responsibilities:
- Develop & implement IPS strategies per DoDI 5000.91 and MIL-STDs
- Manage the 12 IPS Elements to ensure system readiness & sustainment
- Support Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Product Support Business Case Analyses (PSBCAs), and Logistics Product Data (LPD)
- Conduct supportability analyses including LORA, MTA, and FMECA
- Align logistics products with configuration management baselines
- Participate in IPTs, reviews, and sustainment documentation deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 3 - 7 years of IPS/ILS experience supporting DoD programs
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, or S1000D
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle & logistics processes
