Are you an expert in rotating equipment looking to make a major impact in refinery reliability? As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be the go-to technical leader for critical assets such as steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, gearboxes, pumps, and turbomachinery auxiliary systems. In this role, you'll champion strategies to extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and optimize performance while ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations.

responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on troubleshooting and repair of critical rotating equipment
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to maximize uptime and extend equipment life
- Perform RCFA, vibration analysis, and reliability studies to prevent recurring failure
- Lead precision maintenance, predictive monitoring, and condition-based programs
- Support capital projects, turnarounds, and shutdowns with rotating equipment expertise
- Establish spare parts and maintenance strategies for critical turbomachinery assets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in reliability or rotating equipment engineering
- In-depth knowledge of steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and turbomachinery systems
- Solid experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and reliability assessments
