An industry leader in providing comprehensive repairs for on and off highway trucks and fleet maintenance is seeking a Branch Service Manager for their Knoxville branch. The candidate should have a truck repair background and experience leading a team. The Branch Manager will work with customers and a team of technicians to ensure safety and customer service. The position is salaried in the $110K+ range.

responsibilities:
- Oversee all service & parts activities at the branch
- Oversee repair orders, parts tickets, warranty claims
- Manage the production process for refurbing trucks, spotters, fork lifts, etc
- Shop tooling and equipment
- Liaison to the factory representatives
- Branch inventory control
- Hiring & Managing of branch personnel
- Dealer relations
- Service work contracts
