responsibilities:
- Production and Inventory Planning: Manage production schedules, material flow, and inventory to meet customer and manufacturing needs. This includes creating work orders, analyzing material usage, and leading the annual physical inventory.
- Customer and Internal Communication: Serve as the main contact for customers regarding order status and logistics. You'll also advise cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Purchasing) on material availability and production issues.
- Process Improvement and Leadership: Drive continuous improvement by leading Kaizen events, analyzing data to recommend changes, and guiding a team to track key metrics and create positive change.
