Manufacturer in St. Louis is seeking an Electromechanical Drafter to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have electrical design experience, a control systems background, and experience with mechanical drafting and design using AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Inventor. Abilities in electrical diagnostics and repair preferred. Some travel to customer sites required, 1-2 days once per month.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:
- Assist with custom building of electrical panels
- Support the electrical panel team
- Work with customers to design and develop a customized product
- Electrical design experience preferred
- PLC programming experience a plus
- Utilize mechanical drafting skills to develop drawings of products and equipment
- Computer and peripheral Repair experience preferred, as well as soldering and electrical diagnostics and repair capabilities
- Experience with mechanical drafting and design using AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Inventor required
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and train others
- Willingness to travel a couple of days per month
