A Senior QA Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Flower Mound, TX area. This job involves ensuring product quality through the development and implementation of testing and control procedures, independent analysis of defects, and collaboration with suppliers to improve product quality.

responsibilities:
- The role involves creating and putting into practice methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
- Ensures products are free of flaws and function as designed.
- Designs and installs advanced testing equipment, then performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality and reduce defects.
- Analyzes reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Works with supplier representatives on quality issues, ensuring effective corrective actions and contributing to supplier improvement programs.
- This is an individual contributor role that requires independent judgment and minimal supervision.
