A prominent building products manufacturer seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality building products that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative products, managing engineering projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in designing and developing products that meet customer requirements and industry standards
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive product innovation, cost reduction, and quality improvement
- Manage engineering projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop products that meet those needs
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production launches and resolve any technical issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and industry experts to stay informed about market trends and technologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and talent development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, productivity, and quality
