This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring our production processes are top-notch and our products meet the highest industry standards. You'll use your deep knowledge of metalworking and quality systems to drive efficiency and uphold our reputation for excellence.

responsibilities:
- Lead our quality control systems, serving as the main point of contact for all customer and vendor quality issues
- Manage and maintain our ISO9001 certification, coordinating internal and external audits
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- Analyze existing processes to identify and implement key improvements
- Act as a technical liaison for new process implementation
- A background in metalworking manufacturing, with hands-on experience in tube bending, welding, and assembly
- At least 7 years of direct experience in an engineering or quality role
- An understanding of ISO9001 and industry quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a firm grasp of GD&T
