Electro Mechanical Technician for immediate short term contract role for a growing organization in the Wilmington, MA area. Our team is seeking assistance with the commissioning of new industrial equipment for a high priority 1 month project and is in need for 2 proven technicians to assist, (one person for the AM shift and one for the PM shift).
The right people for this project will have exceptional electromechanical skills and be able to perform the tasks at hand in the commissioning of new electro mechanical equipment.
These technicians will be responsible for stripping and crimping wires, following schematics for work instruction as well as using test equipment such as voltmeters to test continuity. These individuals must have proven problem solving skills, the ability to use common hand tools, and great communication skills.

responsibilities:
- Assist with the commissioning of New electro mechanical equipment
- Perform point to point wiring by remove wire insulation, strip wires, and crimping ferrules
- Follow instruction by following electrical schematics
- Use voltmeter to perform continuity testing
- Possess proven team and communication skills
- HS Diploma
- Experience with electro-mechanical tasks within a manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to use hand tools such as wire strippers, and screwdrivers
- Ability to follow electrical and mechanical schematics and work instructions
- Familiarity with industrial equipment ins a plus
- Great attitude w/ enthusiasm to assist on a high profile project
