A Material Logistics Specialist is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the King Of Prussia, PA area. This job is responsible for managing all aspects of material supply and inventory for a clinical supply chain, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and regulatory requirements while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

responsibilities:
- Materials Management: Conduct all material management operations in compliance with cGMPs and company SOPs.
- Procurement & Sourcing: Procure, source, and manage the inventory of materials and supplies.
- Logistics & Delivery: Ensure materials are delivered on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor-related activities for GMP materials, including handling change notifications and complaints.
- Lead quality investigations and change controls related to material supply.
- Contribute to the material implementation process to ensure quality, safety, and process requirements are met.
- Comply with all safety procedures and equipment related to material handling.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external individuals.
- Prioritize activities based on project and business requirements.
- Contribute to the development of SOPs.
- Help implement business processes and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of metrics for inventory control, supply, and forecasting.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant discipline, preferably materials management or business.
- 1-3 years of experience in GMPs, FDA/EU regulations, and inventory/supply chain management.
- Experience with material handling, procurement, and sourcing.
- Experience with order supply and logistics.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
