Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services based near Redmond, WA. This role is responsible to coordinate duties within the service and repair operations department.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience assisting with business operations
- Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Customer service experience
- Project coordination in a construction and / or architectural experience
- Experience in Union Payroll

responsibilities:
- Interface with Superintendents, project managers, field personnel, corporate office, general contractors to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Reviews completed booking packages for terms and conditions pertaining to certified payroll
- Prepares documentation and attends the weekly operation meetings
- Completes all project closeout documentation and sends to required recipients.
- Fields calls from customers regarding status of jobs and answers inquiries
- Creates parts requisitions based on accurate and detailed documentation
