2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for a leading manufacturing company in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible to meet production targets and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ year experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role
- Experience directly supervising employees within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with shipping and shipping processes
- Knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, etc)
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge
- SAP knowledge

responsibilities:
- Identifying/updating work procedures; prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
- Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers
- Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the group
- Analyzing and evaluating problems with inventory, delivery, and/or sales orders
- Oversee the kitting process to ensure a minimum of 50 kits are delivered to production lines daily
