Role Overview
As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the U.S. automotive market. Your expertise will be vital in advancing cutting-edge thermal management technologies, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving the development of customized products. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between U.S. clients and our global R&D and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Technology & Product Development: Lead the application of our thermal management technologies within the U.S. automotive sector. This includes collaborating with global R&D teams to deliver product performance breakthroughs and managing the full product development lifecycle from client requirements to successful launch.
- Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical expert and trusted partner for key U.S. automotive OEMs (e.g., GM, Ford, Tesla) and Japanese manufacturers. Proactively identify and address customer technical needs, participate in project planning, and provide ongoing support to build lasting partnerships.
- Technical Support: Deliver comprehensive technical support throughout the customer lifecycle. This ranges from pre-sales consultations and project implementation to post-sales maintenance and product upgrades, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of professional experience in automotive parts R&D.
- 5 years of experience specializing in electric compressors or related thermal management technologies.
- Experience engaging with U.S. automotive OEMs and an understanding of their technical and quality standards.
- Deep knowledge of automotive thermal management systems and relevant U.S. and international regulations.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems independently and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- A customer-oriented mindset with experience gathering feedback and improving product offerings.
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
