A Project Manager is needed for a Swiss multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutrition sectors. Remote Work. responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and leading the strategic planning and execution of key projects across HR.
- This role ensures that project management processes and methodologies are aligned with the company's HR strategy and vision.
- The incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-impact initiatives that support HR's overall goals, driving collaboration and ensuring efficient resource utilization across all HR projects.
- They will work closely with the HR Leadership team, including the Head HR CHI, and other stakeholders (including CHI LT), to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- This position is integral to the continued success of the organization.
- Oversee and manage the HR project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy.
- Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools
- Coordinate employee life cycle activities / processes globally incl. monitoring of completion
- Ensure proactive management through HR analytics by leveraging data, global people dashboards incl customization of analytics and interpretation (excel and power BI) to generate insights on people practices, to inform strategic decisions and to unlock value for business incl. FTE management
- Ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across organization
- Prepare people topic content (incl. presentations) for Business Leadership team meetings (CHI top management) as well as HR Leadership meetings
