Our client, a leading CNC manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Specialist that can travel to client sites to perform preventative maintenance and PLC programming. Must have a minimum of 5 years in the maintenance space, along with customer service experience. Travel to client site from home. $25/hr-40/hr +OT!!!

responsibilities:
- Customer Site Support: You'll support the sales team by performing preventive maintenance and servicing equipment directly at customer sites.
- Maintenance Analysis & Improvement: Your role includes monitoring maintenance performance, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Documentation & Reporting: You'll be responsible for meticulously documenting all service performed, tracking expenses, and promptly preparing service reports and work orders.
- Training & Programming: You will provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff, as well as offer programming support and recommendations.
- Operational & Travel Requirements: The position requires adherence to safety guidelines (OSHA/MIOSHA) and significant flexibility for extensive travel, accounting for 90-100% of your time, along with overtime.
