A Procurement Coordinator is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the Wilmington, NC area. This job involves managing the procurement and delivery of MRO parts, including supplier management, inventory control, and invoice resolution, while also providing support for international shipments and part repairs at a manufacturing plant.

responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of procurement and optimization for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts at the Wilmington North Carolina Plant.
- Manage non-disclosures and certificates of insurance for over 900 suppliers, handle new supplier adds and changes, and manage PeopleSoft part cleanup.
- Provide backup support for the MRO Storeroom, including expediting orders, reviewing confirmations, and resolving issues.
- Facilitate invoice resolution for production parts and guide PeopleSoft users.
- Assist with international shipments by preparing shipping memos and pulling parts.
- Manage the repair process for inventory parts, including tracking, adjustments, and shipping.
- Conduct daily cycle counts for Storeroom and raw materials.
- Assist with moving and relocating inventory for better flow and accuracy.
- Requires experience in supply chain and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Requires strong skills in self-management, proactive problem-solving, communication, and multitasking.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft, inventory control, and proprietary parts is preferred.
