We are seeking a Professional Engineer with a specialization in pre-engineered metal buildings to join our dynamic team. This is a direct hire role located in Annville PA.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in structural design and project coordination within the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industry. Proficient in delivering safe, cost-efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions for complex, multi-unit projects. Adept at using industry-standard software like RISA-3D and Revit, with a proven track record of signing and sealing drawings, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver superior customer service.

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- PE license (can be for any state)
- 6+ years of PEMB experience

responsibilities:
- Establish and adhere to project scopes and budgets.
- Effectively communicate project expectations and objectives with both internal staff and clients, utilizing both written and verbal channels.
- Conduct on-site inspections and prepare comprehensive structure condition reports.
- Interpret specifications and drawings, propose and document design modifications, and coordinate seamlessly with the design team.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Checks on all projects to uphold Chastain's commitment to delivering superior service to our clients.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to staff while also offering project support to other departments within Chastain.
- Manage client relationships and actively cultivate new business connections.
- Capability to engage in design work related to non-bridge projects is advantageous but not mandat
