responsibilities:
- Conduct product verification reports for new production introduction
- Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues
- Monitor and ensure that supplier corrective action reports are effective and resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct Internal Audits to ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Provide cross-functional Quality Engineering support
- Degree in engineering along with 5+ years in a related Quality Engineering role
- Proven understanding of ISO 9001 standard requirements
- Proficiency with root cause analysis / 8D
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems
- Proven ability to communicate, maintain organization and thrive in a fast paced environment
