The Quality Engineer would be responsible for assisting with developing, deploying, and improving quality systems for the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) factory.

responsibilities:
- Quality Planning & Assurance: Develop, maintain, and deploy quality plans that translate customer requirements into actionable activities. This includes performing analyses of program requirements to prepare quality plans, procedures, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Review and approve engineering and test documentation to ensure quality requirements are met. The role involves gathering, organizing, monitoring, and reporting on product and process information, as well as preparing quality engineering reports and recommendations.
- Problem Resolution: Provide technical support to assembly, test, and inspection personnel. This includes developing inspection methods, specifying sampling plans, and processing non-conforming materials. You'll also assist in resolving customer quality issues and initiate root cause and corrective actions on product and process issues.
- Audits & Improvement: Participate in on-site and internal audits, and ensure the implementation of root cause corrective actions. You'll also take part in product quality improvement teams, Material Review Boards, and Failure Review Boards.
- Supplier Management: Assist in evaluating prototypes and reviewing and approving supplier corrective actions.
- Communication & Meetings: Communicate clearly with company personnel and customers, and attend relevant customer, business, or program meetings.
