Required Qualifications:
- Must have experience handling customer requests
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle service requests to ensure timely responses
- Elevator part knowledge

responsibilities:
- Coordinates work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician
- Generates proposals for code compliance and state work
- Process PO's from Customers
- Communicates with customers on the items to be completed by customer
- Ensures mechanics have copies of preliminary orders
- Keeps records of the progress of the work to be completed
- Sends letters of compliance to the State and to the customer
- Researches and responds to all inquiries regarding permits, preliminary orders, and testing
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School
