A Water/Wastewater Utility Technician to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and repair of water distribution and wastewater systems. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining key infrastructure such as water mains, sewer lines, lift stations, and related assets.
Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions. Communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn technical processes and safety protocols. A valid driver's license is required, and a CDL must be obtained within one year of hire. This is a direct-hire role, and relocation is availabe for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and replace water mains, meters, hydrants, and backflow devices
- Maintain sewer lines, manholes, and lift stations; conduct video inspections of wastewater systems
- Respond to service requests and infrastructure line location calls
- Interact professionally with customers during outages and repairs
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and leak detection equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, system maps, and construction documents
