A Project Manager is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the St. Louis, MO area. This Project Manager role is a cross-functional hub responsible for developing and owning project timelines, managing the production of a wide range of creative content, and optimizing processes to ensure project efficiency and success.

responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and communicate holistic project timelines to internal and external teams.
- Create and manage project timelines, organize kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations.
- Lead both internal and client status meetings.
- Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles.
- Lead retrospective sessions to instill learnings across departments.
- Act as a central point for all project executions.
- Manage production-related requests from internal teams, clients, and meta-agency partners.
- Understand multiple aspects of production, including print, digital, experiential, and content.
- Manage the production phase of most projects after creative and copy are approved.
- Proficient in Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Project Management and Agile tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.

- A helpful and proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3+ years in an agency project management role.
