Well established, very reputable and growing organization is looking for a promotable (groomed for advancement opportunities) Plant Engineer in the Beaumont, Tx area.
This role comes with an excellent compensation plan with a base salary ranging from $100k to $120k plus an annual bonus.
Relocation assistance is also available.

responsibilities:
-Experience supporting maintenance and plant operations ensuring efficient, safe and compliant processing of hazardous waste materials, overseeing the technical aspects of plant operations, including process optimization, equipment maintenance and adherence to regulatory standards.
-Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times
-Monitors and optimizes processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
-Ensures that all plant systems are functioning within established parameters and safety standards
-Collaborates with operations staff to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the plant
-Develops and implements preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce uplanned downtime
-Leads diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions or failures
-Partners with maintenance team to plan and coordinate scheduled shutdowns and repairs
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering (required)
