A prominent manufacturing company in Phoenix is seeking a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the chemicals plant, ensuring production efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance. A critical focus will be on leading and developing the foamline team, while applying engineering expertise to maintain and improve plant machinery and processes. The position reports to the President of the company an is a top priority hire. The position pays in the $150K+ range plus bonus!

- Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.
- Oversee department managers and align activities with company goals.
- Provide technical leadership in operations (chemistry, formulations, and troubleshooting).
- Applying engineering knowledge to machinery, ensuring hands-on involvement with equipment, repairs, and process optimization.
- Mentor and develop staff across all departments, building future leadership talent.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement, cost control, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
