A Construction Project Manager is needed for a multinational corporation that produces mirrors as well as a variety of construction, high-performance, and other materials in the Niagara Falls, NY area. This role will lead a complex brownfield demolition and new construction project, managing all project phases, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and onsite safety.

responsibilities:
- Lead the demolition and new construction project teams.
- Ensure the safety of existing operations and employees on-site.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Oversee onsite jobsite safety, budget, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and coordinate contractors.
- Coordinate technical input and manage critical project deliverables.
- Ensure all construction, design, and commissioning activities meet high standards.
- Support the delivery, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to provide transparency at multiple organizational levels.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- OSHA 30 certification (or must be obtained within 90 days).
- Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, demolition protocols, and construction safety standards.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and CAD software (AutoCAD).
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in construction project management, including PEMB projects.
- Proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
