As a crucial member of our on-site leadership team, you will assist the lead Superintendent in managing all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects. This role requires a hands-on, proactive professional who can ensure projects progress safely, on time, and within budget, all while upholding our high standards for quality.

responsibilities:
- Assist the lead Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities
- Support and lead field teams, fostering open communication and teamwork across all trades
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols in partnership with our Corporate EHS Director and local safety coordinators
- Help coordinate and monitor subcontractor work for quality, schedule, and safety compliance
- Participate in preconstruction planning, including schedule development and logistics
- Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, QC/QA logs, and inspection records
- Schedule and direct inspections with local jurisdictions
- Monitor and enforce cleanliness, organization, and site security
- Manage punch list process and track completion of outstanding items
- 3-8 years of experience in commercial construction as a lead carpenter, foreman, or assistant superintendent
- OSHA 30 and CPR certification required
- 2-year Associate's or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and jobsite operations
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions
- Ability to lead others and contribute to a positive, productive jobsite culture
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and construction management software What You Bring to the Team:
