About the Role: As a Senior Principal Structural Engineer, you will be crucial in the analysis, design, and management of diverse structural projects for commercial and industrial.
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive structural engineering experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, FBC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within diverse teams.

- Leading structural analysis and design for foundations, steel framing, concrete, masonry, wood, and light-gauge metal structures. Conducting investigations, site observations, and detailed design calculations.
- Assisting with mentoring junior engineering staff and contributing to proposal development.
- Managing project budgets and schedules while fostering productive client relationships.
