A Validation Specialist is needed for a global healthcare leader that discovers, develops and distributes therapeutic solutions focused on patient's needs in the Framingham, MA area. This role is for a shipping validation program, requiring 3-6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to manage project tracking, reporting, and transport qualification deliverables.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the program.
- Track the status of all projects.
- Provide periodic status reports to management.
- Help design transport qualification strategies.
- Review and approve transport validation documents.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all qualification milestones.
- Life cycle documentation, IQ/OQ/PQ processes, risk assessment, protocol generation, execution, and closure.
- Shipping/transport validation, logistics, customs, international shipments, and cold chain.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng) in engineering or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry, specifically in shipping validation.
