As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving construction products, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to drive product innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Drawings: Create detailed proposal drawings for potential customers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer requirements.
- Project Management: Manage engineering and shop drawings for projects that have been sold, coordinating with teams to ensure timely release into production.
- Final Drawings Check: Review and verify final drawings for accuracy before releasing them to the factory, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
