A Construction Cost Estimator is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in the Lexington, KY area. The Construction Cost Estimator will be responsible for developing project estimates for the construction, renovation, and improvement of our industrial and commercial buildings. This includes everything from minor renovations to large-scale new production plants, ensuring accurate cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
A successful candidate will have project estimating experience in industrial and/or commercial construction and a solid understanding of design, engineering, and schedule management. You must be able to create budgetary estimates from conceptual designs, interpret construction drawings, and analyze contractor bids for potential gaps.
